Our Land, Our Roots
Since 1929, our family has been caring for our olive trees in Pianopoli, Calabria — a land perfectly suited to the olive tree. Nestled between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas, this area is known as the “land of the two seas”. Here, the hills are constantly refreshed by the Levante and Ponente winds and rest on iron-rich red soils that enhance the fruit’s aromatic concentration and the health of the trees’ roots — nearly all of them centuries-old, living witnesses of our land’s long history. This territory has hosted olive cultivation since around the 1200s, when the Basilian monks of Saints Philip and James first introduced olive trees to the area. In this environment, the olive tree finds its truest expression — producing oils of rare aromatic and sensory qualities, renowned and admired worldwide for their authenticity. A limited production, entirely managed by the family, where quality is born from daily dedication rather than numbers.

Our Philosophy
We cultivate a single rare variety — CV Carolea, the pure soul of Calabria. Our farm is certified organic, yet our values go far beyond certification. We follow the rhythms of nature and the lunar cycle, inspired by biodynamic principles and a spirit of respect for all forms of life.
Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed.
Every gesture, from pruning to pressing, is guided by balance and care. This respect extends not only to the olive tree, but to the entire ecosystem — soil, insects, animals, and the invisible life that sustains our land. This is why our production is intentionally limited: quantity is sacrificed to achieve purity and truth. What we create each year is a small miracle — a living reflection of authenticity, balance, and time itself. Every drop of our oil is unique and unrepeatable — born from a harmony that cannot be reproduced anywhere else, the natural outcome of one place, one harvest, and one family’s commitment.
